When you book an experience
We collect your name, phone number, email address, and home/delivery address. We need this data for:
- order processing, including taking over, validating and invoicing;
- solving cancellations or problems of any kind related to an order;
- providing support services and providing answers to your questions about services we offer.
When you make a payment
When you make a payment by direct bank transfer we collect and process information such as Name and IBAN. We use this information only for legal purposes, to comply with the financial regulation of our country.
If you make a payment with your credit card, Payment data will be exclusively collected and processed by our Payment provider.
You understand and explicitly agree that the Payment provider will act as data controller of your Payment data.
We do not collect information regarding the credit card, its number, CVV code, expiration date, passwords or any other sensitive information you provide when you make the payment. However, we will collect and process your name to comply with the financial regulations and keep track of the income.
If you choose to pay by credit card, your order details are provided to the payment provider.
